  I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. I was in need of a place to sell my older gold jewelry that had accumulated over the years and visited this establishment based on a recommendation from a friend. Having never really done anything like this before, I was understandably apprehensive. The gentleman I met with there was very much understanding of where I was coming from and went out of his way to accommodate all my questions and concerns. He talked me through the entire process and took the time to look over each of the pieces I brought and educate me as to exactly what I had. Two of items I showed him he described as higher in quality and even gave me recommendations of other businesses in the area where I would do better to sell them. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and am very happy to take the time to recommend them whenever I can!

  Told me on the phone that they buy US Silver Eagles at spot price. When I got there they told me they were "scratched", and pointed out the tiniest of scratches on one coin. Tried to give me $2 per coin under spot on 60 coins. Drove to another dealer, sold for full price. Second dealer told me "nothing wrong with these, they're just scamming you". Update: my friend called the next Monday and was quoted spot+$5 for Silver Eagles. So in summary, they tried to underpay me for 60 coins so they could make a 43% markup, because apparently the 27% markup just wasn't enough.
